April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and CARE Center CEO, Stacy McNeiland sat down with KOCO’s Markie Martin to talk about statistics, stigmas, and steps we can all take to prevent child abuse.
“One in seven children are abused in our county. One in seven, it is a really high statistic and something that should really strike fear in our households because this is something that is preventable,” shares Stacy McNeiland, our CEO & Founder of ROAR.

Our YP Board consists of young adult volunteers ages 23 – 40. Being a part of this group provides them with opportunities to grow their own personal network and encourages them to support CARE through fundraising and raising awareness for our mission to end child abuse.
