Sorprendentemente, son los ni\u00f1os m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os los m\u00e1s vulnerables a estas amenazas. Incluso aplicaciones aparentemente inofensivas como TikTok, Snapchat y YouTube se han utilizado indebidamente para abusar de ni\u00f1os desprevenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">      Seg\u00fan Thorn, \u201clos ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os est\u00e1n empezando a crear SG-CSAM (material de abuso sexual infantil autogenerado). El 211% de los ni\u00f1os de entre 9 y 10 a\u00f1os coincidi\u00f3 en que &#039;es normal que la gente de mi edad comparta fotos de desnudos entre s\u00ed&#039;\u2018.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">      Lamentablemente, los abusadores no son la \u00fanica preocupaci\u00f3n en lo que respecta a las redes sociales. Muchos ni\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n ven afectada su salud mental. Para contrarrestar esto, lo mejor es hablar con ellos sobre sus propios fracasos. H\u00e1gales saber que est\u00e1 bien levantarse y volver a intentarlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Invol\u00facrate en las aplicaciones y tendencias favoritas de tus hijos. <\/strong><\/strong>Si\u00e9ntate con ellos y p\u00eddeles que te muestren c\u00f3mo usar TikTok o Snapchat. Incluso pueden recrear videos y publicaciones virales. Esto no solo es una experiencia memorable para fortalecer el v\u00ednculo familiar, sino que tambi\u00e9n te permite conocer detalles sobre las aplicaciones que usa tu hijo\/a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Hagan una desintoxicaci\u00f3n digital en familia.<\/strong> <\/strong>Planifica un d\u00eda en familia para desconectarse de todos los dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos, o al menos de las redes sociales. Pueden ir de picnic o incluso pasar el d\u00eda jugando, pero hacerlo en familia les permitir\u00e1 dar ejemplo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00e9 la persona de confianza de tu hijo.<\/strong> Esfu\u00e9rzate por crear un ambiente donde la conversaci\u00f3n sea abierta y c\u00f3moda. Esto le permitir\u00e1 a tu hijo\/a acudir a ti con cualquier problema, inquietud o incluso miedo. Crear una relaci\u00f3n que le brinde seguridad y comodidad evitar\u00e1 que busque esas mismas cosas en una relaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Analicen las im\u00e1genes frente a la realidad.<\/strong> <\/strong>Es importante hablar con tus hijos sobre la edici\u00f3n, los filtros e incluso el recorte de fotos. Conversa con ellos sobre cuestiones m\u00e1s profundas: por qu\u00e9 se public\u00f3 una foto, c\u00f3mo les hace sentir y por qu\u00e9 deben estar al tanto de las interacciones en una publicaci\u00f3n. Crea un espacio para estas conversaciones, donde puedan dejar de lado las barreras de las redes sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Mant\u00e9n una conversaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo compartir contenido y sobre los depredadores en l\u00ednea.<\/strong><\/strong> Es importante hablar con tus hijos sobre lo que comparten y ven en internet. Una vez que el contenido se publica en la red, permanece all\u00ed para siempre. Expl\u00edcales la importancia de no compartir nunca contenido abusivo. No solo es ilegal, sino que adem\u00e1s contribuye a que el abuso contin\u00fae.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">      Act\u00faa hoy mismo para contribuir a la seguridad de tus seres queridos.
