El abuso infantil puede tomar la forma de lesiones f\u00edsicas o emocionales, abuso sexual, exploraci\u00f3n sexual, negligencia f\u00edsica, negligencia m\u00e9dica o supervisi\u00f3n inadecuada. Las v\u00edctimas infantiles a menudo son abusadas por alguien que conocen o por alguien que ocupa una posici\u00f3n de autoridad. El abuso ahora conoce fronteras, ya que ocurre en todos los grupos econ\u00f3micos, en todos los m\u00e1rgenes.<\/p>\n<p>Los siguientes son signos com\u00fanmente asociados con el abuso, pero no son absolutos. Esta lista no es una lista de verificaci\u00f3n sino una gu\u00eda para ayudarnos a identificar el abuso cuando est\u00e1 presente.<\/p>\n<p>Abuso f\u00edsico<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lesiones frecuentes que no tienen explicaci\u00f3n y\/o cuando el ni\u00f1o o el padre no pueden explicar adecuadamente sus causas, tales como: moretones, cortes, ojos morados, fracturas, quemaduras<\/li>\n<li>Quemaduras o moretones en un patr\u00f3n inusual que pueden indicar el uso de un instrumento<\/li>\n<li>Falta de reacci\u00f3n al dolor.<\/li>\n<li>Lesiones que aparecen despu\u00e9s de que el ni\u00f1o no ha sido visto durante varios d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Evidencia de tratamiento tard\u00edo o inapropiado de las lesiones.<\/li>\n<li>Las lesiones involucran la cara, el dorso de las manos, las nalgas, el \u00e1rea genital, el abdomen, la espalda o los costados del cuerpo.<\/li>\n<li>Quejas frecuentes de dolor sin lesi\u00f3n evidente<\/li>\n<li>Quejas de dolor o incomodidad al moverse<\/li>\n<li>Comportamiento agresivo, disruptivo y destructivo o autodestructivo.<\/li>\n<li>Comportamiento pasivo, retra\u00eddo y sin emociones.<\/li>\n<li>Miedo de ir a casa o ver a los padres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Descuido<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desnutrici\u00f3n evidente o nutrici\u00f3n inadecuada<\/li>\n<li>Falta de aseo personal Ropa rota y\/o sucia<\/li>\n<li>Necesidad de anteojos, cuidado dental u otra atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica desatendida<\/li>\n<li>Hambre constante, robar o pedir comida<\/li>\n<li>Est\u00f3mago distendido, demacrado<\/li>\n<li>Falta de supervisi\u00f3n durante largos per\u00edodos de tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Ausencias o tardanzas frecuentes de la escuela<\/li>\n<li>Regularmente muestra fatiga o apat\u00eda o se queda dormido en clase<\/li>\n<li>Informa que no hay cuidador en casa<\/li>\n<li>Comportamiento autodestructivo<\/li>\n<li>Soledad extrema y necesidad de afecto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abuso emocional<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trastornos del habla<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo f\u00edsico retrasado<\/li>\n<li>Abuso de sustancias<\/li>\n<li>\u00dalceras, asma, alergias severas<\/li>\n<li>Trastornos del h\u00e1bito (chupar, mecerse, morderse)<\/li>\n<li>Comportamientos antisociales y destructivos.<\/li>\n<li>Conductas delictivas (especialmente adolescentes)<\/li>\n<li>retraso en el desarrollo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>abuso sexual<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ropa interior rota, manchada o ensangrentada<\/li>\n<li>Dolor, hinchaz\u00f3n o picaz\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea genital<\/li>\n<li>Dificultad para caminar o sentarse<\/li>\n<li>Seducci\u00f3n excesiva, juegos sexuales inapropiados o comprensi\u00f3n prematura del sexo.<\/li>\n<li>Cambio de roles, demasiado preocupado por los hermanos<\/li>\n<li>Cambio de peso significativo<\/li>\n<li>Intentos de suicidio (especialmente adolescentes)<\/li>\n<li>Amenazado por el contacto f\u00edsico, la cercan\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Miedo extremo a estar solo con adultos, especialmente si son de un g\u00e9nero en particular.<\/li>\n<li>Negativa repentina a cambiarse para ir al gimnasio o a participar en actividades f\u00edsicas<\/li>\n<li>Victimizaci\u00f3n sexual de otros ni\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>Cambio importante en el estado de \u00e1nimo o comportamiento normal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si sospecha alguno de los signos o s\u00edntomas de abuso anteriores, llame a la l\u00ednea directa de Oklahoma las 24 horas o llame al 911 si el ni\u00f1o est\u00e1 en peligro inmediato.<br \/>\nPara reportar abuso<\/p>\n<p>Si sospechas de abuso, por favor rep\u00f3rtalo. \u00a1Usted puede ser el \u00fanico con quien un ni\u00f1o puede contar!<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ednea directa de Oklahoma las 24 horas 1-800-522-3511<br \/>\nL\u00ednea Directa Nacional 1-800-4ACHILD<br \/>\nSi un ni\u00f1o est\u00e1 en peligro inmediato, llame al 911.<\/p>\n<p>La ley estatal requiere que toda persona que tenga razones para creer que un ni\u00f1o est\u00e1 siendo abusado o est\u00e1 en peligro de ser abusado, informe la sospecha de abuso.<\/p>\n<p>Un informe de sospecha de abuso infantil es una solicitud de investigaci\u00f3n para recopilar datos y proteger al ni\u00f1o de da\u00f1os mayores. La persona que denuncia el abuso no necesita probar el abuso antes de denunciarlo.
