This April, businesses across Oklahoma light up in blue to show solidarity in the fight against child abuse. Blue, the national color for child abuse prevention, illuminates the night as The CARE Center partners with local companies to spread awareness and foster community action.

  • 1 in 4 girls y 1 in 13 boys experience abuse during childhood.

  • 1 billion children worldwide face violence annually.

  • In 2022, 558,899 U.S. children were confirmed victims of abuse and neglect.
